Employees in the healthcare sector and especially in acute hospitals are facing special challenges in the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. This can lead to increased stress and stress. The S.A.M app allows you to check your stress level yourself. Regularly answer questions about stress at work and beyond, and receive weekly feedback. The S.A.M. app also offers you information on regional support offers in the particular pandemic situation and beyond.This is a pilot app as part of the egePan and COMPASS projects (both parts of the University Medicine Network (NUM)), which aims to self-monitor and support the mental health of employees in hospitals. The data is DVSGO-compliant and stored on German servers; it is not possible to draw any conclusions about the person from the data. The anonymized data is used to gain an overview of the stress on employees in the pandemic over time.What exactly does the content look like?After downloading and registering, you will receive a three-part, approximately 20-minute initial questionnaire. After that, we invite you to spend 12 weeks in S.A.M. To answer the short monitoring questionnaire on stress factors and stress reactions once a week. You will be reminded of this via a push message. Finally, S.A.M. inform them about their results and provide you with comparative data that gives you an insight into your current mental health. In addition, you will receive information on offers of help, which you can turn to anonymously if necessary and if desired. The data from the app is not linked to the help offers, but you can access these offers via an external link.
